Turn Around Time

cloud global has a 48–72-hour turnaround time for most design services. This is not the complete time from start to finish for a project, only the turnaround time for a single iteration of a design stage. Depending on the kind of service the time required for revisions could be a minimum of 48 hours to 72 hours, this time means 2 working days, For example: Logo/website Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday. Logo/website Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Friday will be delivered by end of Tuesday.

Claim Your Refund

To claim your refund, please follow the following steps

  • Dialing our Toll-Free Number (303) 731-3090 and speak with your respective Project Manager to initiate a refund.
  • Sending us an Email to initiate a refund.

REFUND POLICY:

cloud global safeguards 100% satisfaction of the customer with our infinite Revision Policy (free) which allows you to improve on your initial design brief for free via the guidance provided by our account manager.

In case you want a refund, you have not published or used the designs throughout the Internet. If you are not satisfied with cloud global. design services, you can contact us within five days to claim the refund. But if cloud global does not receive a refund request within the first five days of the initial delivery of designs, it will be assumed by both the parties that the initial designs provided to you were satisfactory.

No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order. However, if you want to reactivate your design order, you will be charged with 30% of the service amount to reactivate your project.

In the case of Combo / Special packages, a similar refund will be applicable as on single packages. A proof or receipt of the purchase of our services will be required to complete the process of return.

ALL REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE FULFILLED AS PER THE FOLLOWING ARRANGEMENT:

  • You will be eligible for a total refund in case your refund request is made before the delivery of an order (less 10% processing and service fee).
  • You will be eligible for a 66% refund in case your refund request is made within 48 hours of initial delivery of design (less 10% processing and service fee).
  • You will be eligible for a 33% refund in case your refund request is made between 48-120 hours of initial delivery of design (less 10% processing and service fee).
  • You will not be eligible for any refund whatsoever if your refund request is made after 120 hours of initial delivery of design (less 10% processing and service fee). But since customer satisfaction is our number one priority, feel free to contact us, if you are facing any issue.
  • You can communicate with our support staff to claim the refund requests. cloud global reserves the right to approve or disapprove any individual requests for refund upon the user agreement violation.
  • You will be notified through your assigned representative that the refund transactions will be processed within 10-12 business days of the refund claim or request.
  • You will be notified through your assigned representative that the refund amount exceeding $1000 will be segregated into installments, equalling 25% of the amount to be refunded each month.
  • You will be notified through your assigned representative that the refund cycles at cloud global initiate from the 25th till the 31st of each month.

REJECTION TO REFUND POLICY

The following are some of the points related to cancelation or rejection of refund policy.

  • Selecting a Combo package
  • Irrelevant reasons for cancelations
  • Not contacting the company for more than 2 weeks
  • Approval of primary design
  • Violation of company’s policies (any one or more)
  • Approaching other designer or company for the same project
  • Missing information in the creative brief
  • Demand to change the overall design
  • Expiration of ‘refund request’ timespan
  • Disagreement with partner’ or ‘change of mind’ or anything not related to the services provided by cloud global .
  • In case of subscription of a service bundle, if a customer is dissatisfied with one service within the bundle, the refund will not be provided for the entire bundle but only that service within
  • Once the final files are delivered, the customer will not be liable for the refund
  • Revision and refund, will not be applicable on free items.
  • No refund will be processed to the customer after 120 hours for the website and the logo, from the date of purchase.
  • After the approval of website design, the website is sent for development, thus, refunds will not be entertained once the process starts.

REFUND POLICY RELATED TO WEBSITE

  • We may initiate a partly refund a deposit for any unused time if the work is not complete but some of it has been implemented.
  • No refund compliance will be applicable if the creative brief has missing information or not completed professionally, yet the customer is not satisfied.
  • No refund will be catered if you have already approved or confirmed the acceptance of design and we have moved to the development stage.
  • No refund will be catered if the website has been made live upon request of the customer, thus files are uploaded on a web server.
  • Product or Services such as Downloadable Software, Domain Name Registration, and Web Hosting will not cater any refund
  • Failure to communicate with us for more than 45 days, no refunds will be made unless at the discretion of the management of cloud global 
  • We will not issue any refunds whatsoever, if the company for whom the design was being made changes its name or closes down, or alters its designs.
  • We will not issue a refund if “Special Offer” does not meet with our standard packages, as per advertisement
  • No refund will be initiated if the final delivery is taken.
  • Whether website or design development, any refund requests will be handled on a case to case and the basis of fairness.

Content Creation & Population

cloud global will not be responsible for creating or populating content (e.g. text/Images) into the website, unless purchased exclusively. In this case: cloud global will populate the website with content created for the client The content/text for the website will be created specifically for the customer’s website. cloud global will populate the website with images. cloud global will acquire stock imagery for client from stock photo websites. Images will be purchased upon approval from the client. cloud global will not be responsible in any way shape or form, for any similarities between images used on the site that may or may not resemble other websites. cloud global will populate the website with products and product details. Product images and product details will be provided by the client.

N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy

cloud global , does not share the customer information with regarding their project or contact details with anyone. The client’s person and project information is kept confidential at all points. Once the project is completed successfully. Both parties cloud global and The Client agree not to intentionally defame or otherwise disparage the other with respect to matters arising after project completion. Once the project is completed successfully. Each Party agrees to refrain from (and cloud global shall take reasonable steps to cause its officers and directors to refrain from), either directly or indirectly, hereafter making any defamatory comments of any type or nature whatsoever to anyone about the Client (and in the case of the Company, its employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, investors or business partners).

Customer Support

Our Customer Support Team is present in the office Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM GMT to answer all of your concerns and queries over the phone. All other queries after business hours need to be emailed through the Team Works Account section by the customer and will be picked up the next working day.

Technical Support Policy

cloud global is primarily a design service and design consultancy provider. We will design and develop the services that the client needs. On occasions our packages and services purchased will include technical aspects to help the client with their websites and emails. cloud global will provide the client with the basic information regarding those services and the settings required to make those services works. cloud global will not be responsible for providing detailed trainings or installations of said services on the Customer’s end. Such services may include but not limited to: Website Deployment cloud global will deploy the website for the customer on A Hosting server provided by us. Hosting Service provided by cloud global is a free service provided to the client as an added feature without any cost. It is acquired from a Third-Party Service provider A Hosting server provided by the customer (purchased from a Third Party) In the event the website is hosted on third party webserver purchased by the customer, cloud global will not be held responsible for any kind of server or hosting related issues. There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) between client and cloud global in terms of technical assistance or service outage, unless purchased separately as an ongoing maintenance service. Website Content Management System (CMS: Content Management System) cloud global will provide the customer with a user manual to use the Website CMS (Content Management System). cloud global will not be responsible for training the client in the said Website CMS (Content Management System). Emails Setup cloud global will be providing the customer with the necessary settings and information to install the emails on their end. cloud global will not be responsible for installing said emails onto the customer end. cloud global will not be responsible for providing technical support or assistance in troubleshooting errors on email usage as all our emails are on open servers and accessible by all service providers. cloud global will not be held responsible in any way for customer’s failure to execute, install or learn the usage of above said services on their end, as the responsibilities for those lie on the customer’s end.

Communication Policy

All Feedback requests or Revisions Requests, Refund Requests or any other instructions that pertain to the order need to be done through the Project Camp Account platform in order to be considered official. Cloud Global will not be responsible for any communication done via any other platform than Project Camp Account or any phone numbers not provided by us or given on our official website. Emails Sent back and forth through official emails that is https://cloud-global.org/ are to be only considered forms of valid communication. We are not responsible for any damages, issues or delays caused due to contacts made through means of communication not provided by us. We take full responsibility of all the information provided through our official domains.

Domain and Hosting

All design order files are delivered to My Account as per the date specified on the “Order Confirmation”. An e-mail is also sent to inform the client about their design order delivery made to their specific account area. All policies pertaining to revision & refund are subject to date and time of design order delivered to client’s account area. Cloud Global should not be held responsible for any damage(s) caused by such correspondence. We only take responsibility of any communication through email address (es) under our own domain name or/and via toll free number i.e. already mentioned on Cloud Global Website.
